    In ILSOFOIR we aim to better not only our societies but our working environments and the individuals who belong there.

    We expect from companies, vendors, our subsidiaries and affiliates , our customers on service based level and generally everyone  working in our projects to treat all people with dignity and respect. Any action taken or even noticed that doesn’t follows our Code of Conduct  gives ILSOFOIR the right to terminate with no prior notice the cooperation in every level. People are important for us and we aim to prove it.


    1. No Harassment or Discrimination

     Any inappropriate conduct toward others, including but not limited to that based on an individual’s sex, race, colour, weight, body shape, size, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, marital or domestic-partnership status, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity or expression will not be tolerated.

    We expect that all companies and vendors working with ILSOFOIR  have clearly communicated equal-employment opportunity and anti-harassment policies. ILSOFOIR may request a copy of these policies and requires data that proves the respective policies.


    2. No children exploitation

    ILSOFOIR’s environment is respecting children. We will not tolerate any children exploitation conducting  but not limited to the working environment of companies and vendors. Same applies for our customers on the service providing contracts with ILSOFOIR.


    3. Sexual advances or propositions.

    In ILSOFOIR we will not tolerate any suggestion, direct or indirect, for sexual activities


    4. No Psychological or Physical Abuse

    In our environment we do not accept offensive comments regarding a person’s sex, race, colour weight, body shape, size, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity or expression. Any related comment written or not will be a reason to terminate our cooperation and exclude individuals and companies from our environments. Same applies on physical threats or assaults.
